On Friday, December 8, the KTLA morning news team was on campus to feature us in their “School Spirit Spotlight.” Many of our wonderful and unique programs and activities were also highlighted on the morning show.
Many students and staff arrived early on campus to greet the news team. There were multiple segments filmed all morning long and shown live on KTLA.
One segment at 6:30 a.m. highlighted our special Highlander Cafe. This cafe offers staff and students on campus amazing coffee drinks, hot chocolate, and tasty treats. Some of the other segments covered areas such as band, cheer, dance, and AFJROTC. The last live segment was filmed at 10:35 a.m. It was very exciting to show the community how great it is to be part of the Royal Family.
