Football season has officially begun. The first football game of the year was at the Royal Stadium on Friday, August 26, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. against Castaic High School. Junior Varsity started playing at 4 p.m. and varsity starting at 7 p.m. The varsity football players started the year off right with a final score of 41-20.

At half-time, the band played a couple of songs. The students counted how many backflips the cheerleaders could do in a row. Then, everyone was given baby powder, which we all threw into the air at the same time which created a big cloud of powder.

At the game, there were food trucks, like Cinnabon, Kona Ice, and Makenna’s Koffee. There were also Chick-fil-A and Krispy Kreme donuts for sale. Our students, and parents did an amazing job showing their school spirit by repping their full white outfits.

Thank you to everyone that attended, and showed their support to the football players, and hopefully this year we will continue to get many more wins. Shout out to all the football players!
