Popeyes is offering a special cajun-style turkey for Thanksgiving.

Almost everyone celebrates Thanksgiving and one of the main ways of doing that is by having a massive dinner. Let us see what Royal students usually eat at Thanksgiving and what some of their favorite foods are. Senior Makayla Bell said, “Stuffing, green bean casserole and tamales. I like our homemade tamales the most since hard work tastes so much better and I love eating mine with loads of homemade chili (blended) and peppers. It’s one of my favorite dishes besides stuffing and casserole.” Another senior, Zoe Nazari said, “Mashed potatoes, because they’re very good and creamy and I like eating it with Mac & Cheese.” Kyle Miller, a freshman, said, “Stuffing because I think it is good.” Sophomore Charlotte Gesell said, “Sugar cranberries because they’re bitter, sour and sweet.” Finally a freshman named Jocelyn Martinez said, “Chicken salad with a croissant, it is so good, it’s the best side for Thanksgiving.”

People gave a variety of answers with some classic dishes like stuffing, mashed potatoes or green bean casserole, and also more unique dishes like chicken salad. Thanksgiving break is next week so these people and everyone else who works or attends school here can enjoy their favorite foods shortly.
