The prideful colors of Royal.

On Friday, September 1, before the Royal vs Simi game kicked off, many students all around our entire school participated and dressed up for Green and Gold day.

Junior Benjamin Kerc said, “It feels pretty good,” regarding the representation of Royal for Green and Gold day. For this day of Royal pride, some students had gone as far as shopping to be able to represent their school using the school’s colors. “I shopped at Party City,” said senior Madyln Busby. It seems like many spent anywhere form $15-$40.

This spirit day was the most important one due to it being Royal pride right before going against a big cross town rival. Many students very clear they were “Going to the Simi vs Royal game.”
