On Friday, May 23, seniors gathered on the stadium field for one of their final high school memories Senior Sunset. Dressed in their college gear and surrounded by friends, students picked up their yearbooks and spent the evening signing messages, sharing laughs, and soaking in the last rays of their high school days.
The PTSA handed out snacks as High School Musical 3 played on the scoreboard, setting the perfect nostalgic tone for the night. The event brought classmates together, some for the first time in a while, and offering a final chance to bond before graduation.
“Going around and signing yearbooks was really fun,” said senior Moriah Beard. “I got to play games with people I hadn’t really seen around campus in a while. It was really nice since it was one of the last times we would all be able to have fun together.”
Senior Lexi Quitain added, “It was one of the most memorable things. I will forever cherish it with my friends for our senior year.”
Senior Sunset marked the closing of one chapter and the hopeful beginning of another with seniors together under one last golden sky.
