As prom will take place at the Universal Sheraton venue on May 17, students and staff have been preparing endlessly to produce the best night for all of the seniors. With the Rapunzel themed night, “Under The Floating Lights”, Junior Class Council has figured out a lantern centerpiece idea which will come up into a beautiful piece of decor for the night. Leadership has also taken a strong role when its coming to preparing for prom as well. All the seniors, with their lovely promposals, have been getting ready as well, shopping for suits and dresses, to prepare for the big night.
Field trip forms are now being sent out to seniors who wish to purchase a ticket for themselves and a partner if they wish. Seniors have been frantically turning them in to not miss any chance to be apart of this spectacular dance. Social Media of Junior Class Council, junior Sydney Berry shared, “With the seniors, class council leadership has to attend the event as well to make sure the night runs smoothly,” she said, “I would be lying if I would say I am not excited.” This night will only be fantastic for the seniors and all the students and staff that have put in tremendous effort into this event, and seniors are anticipating a blast for their ceremonious time at prom.
