During school, students around campus were asked what their favorite holiday drinks were. They listed various drinks from the school cafe and local spots in Simi Valley, such as Starbucks and Makenna Coffee. Some of the listed drinks included Peppermint Mochas, Cran-Merry Orange Refreshers, Caramel Brulee Lattes, and Pumpkin Spice Latte.
When asked what his favorite drink was sophomore Diego Oliveras said, “I enjoy getting the Peppermint Mocha from Starbucks, and when they bring it back every year around the holidays I always go and get one.” He then followed up with, “It’s one of everyone’s favorites and I agree with them completely.”
Senior Jaden Arreguin has a favorite holiday themed drink and said, “I get the Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks, even though it’s more Halloween themed, I still consider it a holiday drink.” He then went on to add, “Starbucks has a lot of good holiday drinks so whenever I’m in the mood for one I go there.”
