She hopes to foster unity among her peers, ensuring that every student feels valued and heard. “I want people to know that no matter what they are going through, we all matter and so do our opinions,” Ali said.
Ali’s main goals as president include promoting a welcoming atmosphere where students can freely share ideas and concerns. She plans to introduce community service projects to give back and support mental health initiatives to ensure no one feels isolated or undervalued. Ali recognizes the challenges her classmates face in transitioning from middle school to high school, such as increased academic pressure, social adjustments, and balancing responsibilities. She aims to build a supportive environment where students feel comfortable discussing their struggles and finding a sense of balance.
