On a nice sunny say at 3:30 pm, Thursday, September 19, boys varsity water polo competed against our rival, Camarillo. Many people came to Rancho Community pool, and people were cheering on our team.
Water polo is an amazing sport. When asked questions about the game, Coach Ignacio Saldain said, “Go big or go home.” Water polo is such a fun sport and it makes the crowd go wild. The crowd loved how the game went. Even though boys varsity water polo did not win, they played very well and everyone felt school pride.
Freshman varsity water polo player Noah Conley said, “Dream work makes teamwork,” showing just how much he loves his team. Even though they didn’t win, the Highlanders still played hard and the Kingdom is proud of them.
