On Wednesday, September 18, we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with live dancing during lunch in front of the MPR. Students from the Folklorico Club and Hispanic Hertage Club performed during lunch. National Hispanic American Heritage Month runs from September 15 to October 15, and celebrates the histories, cultures and contributions.
Some of the dancers included freshman Isabella Gutierrez Luna, freshman Ana Hernandez, freshman Ariana Lepe, senior Miranda Gutierrez, junior Zachary Lopez and junior Stephanie Valencia. Their colorful clothing and exciting dance moves dazzled the crowd.
