Welcoming the new College and Career Counselor Mrs. Rina Campos! Campos came from Lompoc, located in Santa Barbara County, and moved to the “Kingdom” last month. She likes the energy, and everyone has been nice to her since coming her arrival. You can find her in the College And Career office located in the front office. Campos is here to help seniors if they want to go to college, military, or even the workforce. She is here to support you every step of the way. Campos was a middle school counselor in Vandenberg Middle School for three years, and she enjoyed it.
The shift for her has been challenging, as a middle school counselor, she dealt with emotional times. Now in high school, she is helping high school students with college and career. Campos said, “Surround yourself with people who support and uplift your career and college aspirations, and I’m excited to be one of those people who will be supporting you,” showing her compassion and support towards students.
