The boy’s water polo team has had a splash-tastic season so far. At their first home match against Carpentaria on September 9, they won with a score of 20-18. On September 14 the boy’s water polo team Chino Hills High School hosted the Thrill in the Hills Tournament where they took second place overall in the Gold Division in the Inland Empire.
Varsity players Connor Pagels, Aaron Syed, Patrick Shea, Nico Rosado, Noah Conley, Marco Sanfelippo, James Coleman, Jack Whipp, Jake Lev, Asher Mulford, Joseph Vasquez, and Jack Colello competed at the Thrill in the Hills Tournament. There they faced five different high schools: Riverside with a score of 16-11, Murrieta Mesa with a score of 13-8, Muir 13-10, Canyon, and Anaheim with a score of 8-12.
At their first league game against Camarillo High School on September 19, varsity unfortunately lost with a score of 7-11, and JV with a score of 7-13.
Their second league match is against Moorpark High School on September 26. Make sure to attend and show your support!!
